Who is She? Sofonisba Anguissola

The fantastic lives of 10 women artists. Artist: Sofonisba Anguissola Each month Tilly Strauss (artist and teacher) will present a short slide show about a particular artist through the lens of her research and zine illustrations. Tilly majored in Art History and comes from a family of writers, curators and artists easily traced back to 1400s Europe. Making small art history zines is a project she has been working on for years. She is not presenting herself as an expert on these women so much as an eager student and she invites the participants to share following the slide show. Included in each session will be a list of resources for those curious to dive deeper.
