Cuando Todo Empezó | El Primer Ancestro Humano Conocido

Description: Approximately 7 million years ago, long before Neanderthals, Homo sapiens, and even the genus Homo, a strange creature roamed Africa. Its name was Sahelanthropus tchadensis, and some scientists believe it may have lived very close to the moment when our evolutionary lineage diverged from that of chimpanzees. In this documentary, we will explore the discoveries made in the Djurab Desert in Chad, analyze the famous Toumaï skull, and see what science tells us about one of the oldest candidates for human ancestry. Was it truly one of the first hominins? What was its world like? What animals shared its habitat? And what place does it occupy in the history of our species? Furthermore, we will reconstruct its life through a cinematic narrative inspired by scientific evidence to travel millions of years back in time and contemplate the possible beginning of human history. If you're passionate about human evolution, prehistory, paleoanthropology, and the great mysteries of our origins, join me on this journey to the dawn of humanity.
