At the Talent Forum, organized by TRIVU, our CEO, Salvador Tasqué Díez, launched a key idea: Talent is not an inheritance, it's a process. During the roundtable discussion with leading figures such as Alberto Torrado, Lucía Sala-Silveira, Ricardo Fernández, María Benjumea, and Ana Pastor, he emphasized a necessary shift in perspective: 🔹 It's not just about attracting talent, but about becoming the best talent factory. 🔹 Talent is a process, not an inherited privilege. 🔹 All young people have the capacity to develop it if they find the right environment. From this perspective, Tasqué introduced a key concept: “talent incubators” 👉 Spaces where, regardless of background or wealth, the conditions are created for talent to emerge, grow, and multiply. Tasqué also reflected on the dual challenge facing Spain. ✅ To make talent pools visible and connect them. ✅ To address talent deserts, where school dropout rates and unemployment remain “far too” high. Because, according to Tasqué, we cannot aspire to capitalize on talent without first addressing where it is not flourishing.
