Elac Sub 3070 Subwoofer - zerlegt - disassembled

Hello and welcome to my channel. Today I want to show you how the manufacturer Elac built their Sub 3070 subwoofer. The enclosure is made of 22mm MDF. The baffle consists of two 19mm and 12mm thick panels, with 19mm of the baffle being the core material. The internal volume is approximately 38.5 liters! The magnet diameter is 14.5cm. The woofer weighs 6.3kg. It uses a double magnet with a 2.5cm thick disc. The mounting depth is 14.7cm, with a total depth of 16.5cm. The impedance (Re) was measured at 4.9 ohms.
