Skydome 1993 Scottish Country Dance Full Length

This version includes the full length of the video. The shorter version includes just the dancing while the longer version includes seven minutes of walking on and band music. On Sunday evening August 22, 1993 960 members and friends of the Toronto Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society took to the field at Skydome in Toronto to perform three dances as part of the Toronto International Festival Tattoo. It was largest group of Scottish country dancers ever assembled at one time. Dancing to the music Bobby Brown and the Scottish Accent they performed the dances Corn Rigs, Sandy O'er the Lea, the Eightsome Reel. The Toronto Branch members were joined by dancers from all over Ontario, other Canadian provinces, several U.S. states and overseas from the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Germany.
