Altering a Gun Stock to Fit From Start To Finish (4K)
We had a job come through our shot that was a special one! This stock was for a young man that is struggling with recoil. We installed our patented Gracoil to soften the recoil, added a kick eez pad to help a little bit more, and added an adjustable comb. We encounter the challenge when we had to use a condensed space because the Length Of Pull required was only 13" and our gracoil accounts for an inch of that without the recoil pad. Steve did a fantastic job fabricating a plug and new draw bolt for the stock to make all of this possible with the adjustable comb. We also had to go to what we call a small pattern or Rifle pattern gracoil that spaces everything 1/2" closer to give us more room to work. At the end of the day we work very hard to ensure that we make a functional product that meets the needs of any and all of our customers.
