Try this Tip to Improve your Snowplow turns on Cross Country Skis
A great way to slow down on downhills on cross country skis is to make small turns. You need to steer your skis to be able to do this and the drill in this video should help you get a feeling of how to do this. You need to put more weight on the outside ski and steer the outside foot in the direction you want to go. Try it and let me know how it works.I am also in the process of testing an XCMAN digital waxing iron and in some early testing it worked very well.
