Providing quality education for refugees - PS Kedrace urges school managers to be innovative
Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Sports, Dr. Kedrace Turyagyenda, has urged teachers and school managers in refugee settlements to be innovative in managing the challenges posed by the sudden influx of displaced persons, which puts a strain on the education budget. Dr. Turyagyenda made these remarks while inspecting schools in Kiryandongo Refugee Settlement, to assess their standards and explore ways in which government can provide better support.
