Peckforton Light Railway - From Mine to Interchange - May 2022
In this video, we follow one of the many daily copper ore trains as it travels up the line from the Copper Mine to the Interchange siding with the LNWR Crewe to Chester mainline at Beeston Market station. This is a re-run of a similar video made in 2015 and so some comparisons are made between then and now. Peckforton Light Railway is a representation of a hypothetical three foot narrow gauge railway which might have run beside the Peckforton Hills in Cheshire (UK). The period depicted is c1932. It has 45mm gauge track and is built roughly to a scale of 15mm : 1ft (F Scale). For more information see http://riksrailway.blogspot.com - Royalty free music by Corel VideoStudio Scorefitter.
