2019 Husqvarna Svartpilen 701 Review | MC Commute

Husqvarna is carving a niche in the street bike world with its ever growing line of motorcycles. For 2019 it offers something special with its flat track-inspired Svartpilen 701. Dressed in all black, the Black Arrow is made for urban motorcyclists that want to make a statement. -- The Svartpilen 701 is based around its sister model, the Vitpilen 701. It shares the same compact 693cc water-cooled Single that pumps out nearly 69 horsepower and 49 pound-feet torque at the business end of the tire. The engine configuration allows for its slim size and the Svartplien weighs just 369 pounds with its 3.1-gallon fuel tank filled.
