In Scotland there is an area called the Flannan Islands (Flannan Isles). The name Flannan itself is taken from Saint Flannan, a priest from Ireland in the 7th century. There stands a lighthouse which was built near the highest point in Eilean Mor between 1895 and 1899. Just a year of operation, suddenly something happened in the area of the lighthouse. Three lighthouse officers, each named Thomas Marshall, James Ducat and Donald MacArthur who were stationed there reportedly disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
