Come inside our latest completed Brownstone renovation #HouseonHancock! Located in the heart of Brooklyn’s largest brownstone neighborhood, Bedford-Stuyvesant, this house was built in the late 1800’s and was in bad need of restoration after years of neglect. It’s now a beautiful 3-story family home configured as a duplex with a large open kitchen & living on the parlor floor, three bedrooms and an office, two bathrooms on the top floor and a separate large 1 bedroom on the garden floor! House on Hancock was all about saving original details throughout the home. The hardwood floors, stair bannister, plaster mouldings, and stain glass are all original and beautifully restored. We even brought back in some things that might have been missing in a brownstone, like marble fireplace mantles. BUT even with all of that historical charm House On Hancock is no relic from the past.
