How to Fix a Cordless Dyson Pulsing Issue

My cordless Dyson v6 vacuum started pulsing and lost suction when I was pulling the trigger and I couldn't figure out why. It wasn't until I decided to start taking it apart and cleaning the vacuum and the filter that I fixed the issue of it pulsing on and off.
