From a live performance of Adriana Lecouvreur in Rome, 12 January 1940. Conducted by Nino Sanzogno. Only a portion of Act 1 was recorded. This is the only clip I have come across but it is a nice example of Olivero's voice near the end of her 'first' career. The 49 year old Gigli is still in excellent voice.
