Three Phase Transformer complete design core, window, winding, space factor, specific loading, turns

describe step by step procedure to design a 250 KVA three phase distribution transformer. Describe design of core type transformer with rated KVA and calculate emf per turn first. From calculated emf per turn flux and core net cross section area is calculated. From iron area select suitable core section and design all step sizes from di of circum circle. window area is calculated from output equation and height and width ratio is optimized. Total frame design, centre to centre core limb distance, overall width, overall height all are calculated. The problem also design winding. Calculate number and size of conductors for both LV and HV and suggest type of cross section and layout with required insulation. Great practical approach.
