This fly catches fish everywhere - Fly Tying - "Top Shelf" Hopper.

Here's the tying video for my "Top Shelf" Hopper. This is the double foam version which is what I use primarily for hopper-dropper rigs. It started as a grass carp pattern based on the foam back humpy and then I added a second layer of foam when I started traveling out west several years ago.
