What does Grace look like to God.

Grace, in the eyes of God, doesn’t look like perfection. It doesn’t look like someone who has everything together. Grace looks like God reaching toward people who fall short. In the Bible, grace is God seeing our flaws—and choosing love anyway. Think about King David. He made serious mistakes, yet God still called him a man after His own heart. That’s grace—God valuing the heart, not just the record. Or consider Paul the Apostle. He once persecuted Christians, yet God transformed him into one of the greatest messengers of faith. Grace doesn’t erase the past—it redeems it. The clearest picture of grace is seen in Jesus Christ. Grace looks like Jesus sitting with outcasts, forgiving sinners, and loving people who felt unworthy. It looks like compassion instead of condemnation. Scripture says in Ephesians 2:8: “By grace you have been saved through faith… not by works.” That means grace, to God, looks like a gift—not something earned, but something freely given.
