The State Capture inquiry this week heard testimony related to governance issues at Denel, EOH and Regiments Capital. The commission heard how arms-manufacturer Denel was almost run to the ground, left bankrupt before hearing damning evidence against deputy state State Security minister Zizi Kodwa as well as City of Joburg Mayor, Geoff Makhubo.
