Lawn Sweeper Won't Sweep - John Deere / Brinly 42" Sweeper Issue & Repair

Ironically I found an issue with my sweeper right after the 2 year review. For a while it would miss patches of cut grass intermittently, and I assumed it was because of the brushes being too low and the terrain, but it is something more.
