Webinar: Launch of MOOC on Applying the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union

A new Massive Open Online Course "From Theory to Practice: Applying the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union" was launched 27 May 2026! Through 50 focused modules, the MOOC offers a detailed and accessible journey into when the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights applies, how its rights are interpreted, and how fundamental rights can be effectively mainstreamed in policymaking. Participants will also be introduced to fundamental rights impact assessments and learn how to navigate the Better Regulation Toolbox, equipping them with concrete skills to translate Charter obligations into everyday practice.
