This year's event focuses on looking to the future, especially with the prospect of TV 3.0 going on air, the new generation of television in the country. Experimental broadcasts of the new technology will be made during the meeting. TV 3.0 technology combines TV transmission with the internet, in order to expand viewer interaction with the new platform and enable content personalization. Legislative TV channels, such as the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, will have their own apps, as will the Common Platform for Public Communication and Digital Government Service, Mais Br. In addition to demonstrating the possibilities of TV 3.0 to bring more services to citizens, the Legislative Radio and TV Network 2026 meeting also discusses integration, transparency, and expansion of the network. The Network reaches 132 million citizens across 1,658 TV stations. In the case of radio, 15 million citizens are reached across 30 stations. According to Carlos Neiva, the expectation is to continue expanding the network, reaching 2,000 TV stations by next year, in addition to more radio stations. The network's annual meeting welcomes more than 300 representatives from legislative broadcasters across the country, including municipal chambers and partner legislative assemblies. The event continues until Friday (12), in the Nereu Ramos auditorium of the Chamber of Deputies, with transmission also via the Chamber's YouTube channel. The meeting has the support of the Senate, the Ministry of Communications, the National Communications Agency, Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (Brazilian Communication Company), and the Brazilian Association of Legislative Television and Radio Stations.
