The technical challenge was real: the faces of world-famous players, recognized by millions, had to look and sound exactly like themselves across impossible scenarios — one player riding a bear, another dragging entire ships with his bare hands. Character consistency at that level, combining real footage and AI-generated imagery, across 120 seconds of narrative, doesn't happen by accident.
