Netball Session // Isolating attackers Through Court // Court Application // Defending as a Unit
In this practice we are developing our tracking and isolation footwork to understand how isolation can be applied in a game situation. This requires players to stick to task and remain focused throughout each phase of the practice to ensure that they are successful. Defenders need to make quick decisions on: How they angle their body on 2nd stage If they are tracking and staying or recovering on the body How they are going to communicate with their partner What the next step is This can be developed really easy and processed to either a centre pass practice or through court defence for a high turnover!
