Askeladden C65 Center Console

The C65 Center Console is Askeladden's new sports model and is the third boat to be introduced from the new C65 platform. It has a spacious and open cockpit with a centre console providing great shelter from the elements and ergonomically designed so you can move from the bow to the aft on both sides of the console. The aft deck features the unique design of both the C65 Cruiser and the C65 Bow Rider. With an open area from the cockpit to the large bathing platform, the boat's deck is extended and it is simple and fun to dive off the bathing platform and get involved in water sports, without having to climb over the back of the boat. The aft bench has a folding back where you can relax after a dip in the sea to watch others having fun in the water. The Center Console design also provides a large, open cockpit, perfect for watersports, sunbathing and fishing. Ergonomics and moving from bow to aft in the boat have been the main focus areas in the design. Unique feature for this class of boat – spacious, comfortable cabin with flushing toilet and console and hull windows Center Console boats in this size range do not come with a proper toilet and cabin. As a result and despite the general preference for the cockpit in centre console boats, many choose a day cruiser in this size range as day cruisers come with a proper cabin for overnight stays and a private toilet. With the new C65 Center Console, we have provided a solution to this problem – the new boat is a centre console design with a spacious cabin and flushing toilet. The cabin can sleep two and is easy to access. The boat also has two large console and hull windows providing plenty of light into the cabin. If you choose the Topline package of equipment, your boat will be supplied with a flushing toilet and tank for pressurised water, lighting and ventilation!
