なぜ人類は“蟻”と化したAIに喰われたのか【進化生物学×経済学】

The ecology of the Generative AI closely resembles that of the Chimera Ants. This fictional ant from the manga "HUNTER×HUNTER" reproduces through a strange method called "feeding and mating." Eating itself becomes mating, and the offspring inherit the traits of the creatures they devour. The more they eat, the more diverse and powerful the next generation becomes, eventually becoming uncontrollable. And now, on this planet, the most voracious "ant" in history has appeared, engaging in the most insatiable feeding and mating: the Generative AI. It devours the words humanity has written, the pictures they have drawn, and the voices they have recorded. Every last fragment. The devoured eventually vanish, leaving only their characteristics to live on like ghosts within the stomachs of the new generation of ants. Up to this point, it might sound like another typical "AI is terrifying" tall tale. But the truly chilling part comes next. It is none other than ourselves who diligently feed this voracious ant every day. It wasn't because we were threatened. It was simply because it was convenient. That small "convenience" has just accumulated over hundreds of millions of people. We think we're feeding them, but haven't we unknowingly become their food? Will we ultimately be devoured by these Chimera Ants? This time, I've overthought "Why AI has become like ants that devour us" from the perspectives of evolutionary biology and the realities surrounding generative AI. ---------------------------- ▼Timestamps 00:00 - Prologue: Feeding and Mating 02:27 - Chapter 1: The Devouring Ant 05:21 - Chapter 2: Selection 09:34 - Chapter 3: Breaking Through the Mother's Womb 13:56 - Chapter 4: Ants Leaving the Nest 17:18 - Epilogue: The Light that Illuminates Everything ---------------------------- ▼References and Data Sources [1] Yoshihiro Togashi, *HUNTER×HUNTER*, Chimera Ant Arc.
