Indian Street Food: Aloo Cheese Paratha - Vegetarian Recipe at Mumbai Express, Kingsbury, London.

We visit Mumbai Express in Kingsbury to get a freshly made "Stuffed Paratha". Whilst watching the whole process; the chef also divulges some of the recipe secrets in making the perfect paratha.
