超详细砂拉越阿渣 Sarawak Acar (Pickled cucumber)
Sarawak Acar 砂拉越阿渣 Acar basically is a pickled cucumber + chilli and carrot. We eat it together with Prawn crackers during Chinese New Year. It is combination of sweet and sour and little bit spicy. Ingredients 材料: 20g shallot 20克红葱头 20g garlic 20克蒜片 10g ginger 10克姜丝 2 fresh chilli 2条辣椒 5g dried chilli 5克干辣椒 10g shrimp 10克虾米 3-4g tumeric powder 3-4克黄姜粉 80g sugar 80克砂糖 80g vinegar 80克白醋 800g cucumber 800克黄瓜 1 carrot 1根萝卜
