35-Min Hips & Spine Yoga | Chinese Medicine Yoga

Join me for an exploration of the hips and spine where we'll work on the Du meridian and the Gallbladder meridian. Du meridian is one of the 8-extraordinary channels which deals with the health of our spine, as well as giving us the backbone to act in the world and not be timid about our endeavors. Gallbladder gives us the ability to make the right choices with ease. When these two channels are out of balance we may see issues with the spine, and difficulty making up our mind about things.
