Hello everyone. In this video, I'll show you how to make a powerful, high-speed motor from a BOLT!!! To make this DIY motor, you'll need a minimum of parts and a little time. First, I drilled a hole in the bolt for the shaft. Then, I put heat shrink tubing on the shaft and secured the bolt to it. The winding of the homemade motor contains approximately 400 turns of 0.25 mm diameter wire. The motor shaft rotates on bearings, which I mounted on fiberboard stands. To create an external magnetic field, I used two neodymium magnets, which I also mounted on fiberboard sections. And the final step is the brush assembly. I made the brushes for the homemade motor from a regular spring. The homemade motor tested very successfully. Stable rotation begins with a supply voltage of just 3 volts, and at 15 volts, the motor reaches a speed of about 20,000 rpm.
