The Lord does not leave his church without leadership, gifting some with the spiritual gift of leadership and others with the gift of pastor. These are not one in the same, each with distinguishing traits. In this episode we also talk about the gift of Apostle, recognizing that much of the church does not recognize this as a current gift.
