How to Forgive (when you can’t forget)

If you’ve ever found it hard to forgive, or realize you’ve been harboring a long-term resentment in your subconscious, this video is for you. The truth is, the version of ourselves that was wounded often wait for the person who hurt us or left us to come back and make it right. However, without retribution, that version of ourselves keeps hanging on, even if the current version of ourselves wants to let go and forgive. The solution to this is to go deep into your psyche and talk to your inner child. Give them what they need to heal. And allow forgiveness to happen naturally, because they have let go of waiting around for an external source to make it right. Thank you for watching, being here, and healing yourself.
