REDEAL is looking at: Not perfected technical skills or current achievements. • How much can they change? • How quickly will they change? • How will they react to their interaction with REDEAL? The evaluation focuses on the process of change itself. Traditional new graduate recruitment faces structural challenges such as: • Long-term commitment • Rejection = nothing left behind In response to these challenges, REDEAL proposes a new approach: • Recruitment period = training period • Recruitment focused on change, not completion ☑️ Background of the Project (WHY) Problem Awareness • New graduate recruitment often involves a commitment of 3 months or more. • If unsuccessful, the effort is unlikely to have a tangible result. • Only the level of completion at the time of recruitment is evaluated. • Ideally, we would like to hire everyone, but there are limits to the number of positions available. REDEAL's Philosophy • New graduates do not need to be complete at the recruitment stage. • What matters is not "what they can do now," • "how much they can change from now on." • Recruitment should not be the goal, but the beginning of change. ☑️ Project Objectives (GOAL) ① Pre-Recruitment Training Before joining the company • The concept of self-production • How to develop skills and determine direction • The basics of SNS communication and presentation By experiencing these, new recruits will join the company with a foundation for change. ② Leaving Value Even for Unsuccessful Candidates • The audition process itself becomes an achievement. • Changes in skills, communication, and mindset become visible. • As a result, they become a force that spreads REDEAL's value to the outside world. ③ Brand and People Branding • Increased recognition and value of participating REDEAL staff. • Visibility of REDEAL's training capabilities and educational philosophy. • Increased trust and nationwide recognition as a salon brand.
