I've realized that working out and eating well are essential for me, not so much for getting back in shape, but for my mental health. So I've decided to stop putting what makes me feel good for the last thing on my mind, and instead learn to organize myself better, even on those super-hectic days when the easiest thing to do would be to put off my workout and order a Glovo.
