TR #124: Is the Regular Toto "Reliance" Toilet the Better Front Flusher Model?

NOTE: This review will only cover Toto Models CST703, CST704, and CST704L of the Reliance Commercial Line Front Flushers. There are some odd spinoff Reliance Models called the .14 series with Square Box Tanks, which will (maybe) be covered later. There's also a rare Residential Version with no official name, which will also (eventually) be reviewed separately. We're finally looking at the original models of the "Reliance Commercial Line" Front Flusher Models. Reliance does not appear to be an official name for these, mostly model codes like CST704 for example, but that's the nickname these got. These were popular 1.6 Gallon models offered since at least the Early 1990's. This particular design with the rectangle tank was offered since 1994, and made up until at least Circa 2007 or 2008, as models like the Carusoe and the Original Drake replaced it. These models are very interesting for a front flusher design. Are they the better front flushers out there? Well, let's see if that is the case or not.
