Recipe: 1 – Pour the condensed milk into the cup (you can add more or less depending on your taste, but in Vietnam, a fairly generous amount is usually used). 2 – Place the stand and container on top of the cup and add 3 teaspoons of coffee to the container. 3 – Press the coffee with the French press. Press lightly, not with all your force (if you press too hard, the coffee will take a long time to brew). 4 – Pour 20 or 30 ml of boiling water over the coffee grounds and wait 30 seconds (this water will cause the coffee to expand slightly and release carbon dioxide, which will have a positive effect on its subsequent flavor). 5 – Fill the water container to the top and wait for all the water to filter into the cup (this may take between 5 and 10 minutes). 6 – Smell the coffee, taste it, and enjoy it.
