How to Organize a Nursing Report Sheet

Having trouble figuring out how to organize your day as a nurse? I've been there! After 5 years I've come up with a system that works for me. This is my "nursing brain" and also what I use to give report off of/write report on. I have found that having an organized template, that allows me to cross each item off when I have completed it has helped me organize my day so much!
