1976 GMC Motorhome *TRIXIE* Comes Home | Fuel System Leaks + Repair | RV Towing | Test Drive
We purchased Trixie the 1976 GMC Motorhome a few weeks ago and getting her home was quite the adventure! She wasn’t currently running, so we had to diagnose and repair some leaks in the fuel system as well as replace the fuel pump. We got her running and took her for the very first test drive! What an experience! Unfortunately, she started losing power and we had to make the hard decision to leave her for a few days until we could find someone with the proper equipment to tow our girl home. If you have one of these old treasures, there is definitely some useful information here for you. Let me know in the comments if you love these classic motorhomes as much as we do and share your story of how you got your old girl home!
