This time, we'll share the first day of our 2-night, 3-day trip from Karuizawa to Manza Onsen. We departed from Nagoya and leisurely visited popular spots in the summer resort town of Karuizawa. Spots we visited: Karuizawa Tourist Information Center Church Street Karuizawa Cresson Riverside Story Minoya Mikado Coffee Karuizawa Croquette Shop Miffy Forest Bakery Old Karuizawa Station Building Aqua Ignis Karuizawa Shiraito Falls Onioshidashi Garden Manza Kogen Hotel Hyakusen no Yu In Karuizawa, we enjoyed strolling around and sampling local food, soaking up the atmosphere unique to one of Japan's leading summer resorts. Afterward, we headed to Manza Onsen, enjoying the magnificent view of Mount Asama, and stayed at the Manza Kogen Hotel, known for its milky-white hot springs. At Hyakusen no Yu, we relaxed and enjoyed baths with different water qualities and temperatures, soothing away the fatigue of our journey.
