Maya: Anti-Aliasing Takes and Saves Time [Arnold]

When it comes to rendering, there is a first stop in all the render settings which can save time: the Arnold (AA) = Anti Aliasing parameter. Set to negative values it renders in milliseconds, set to a value as high as 10 might take a week to render. Also covered in this tutorial is the softness of shadows. The scene I'm using here is from a previous tutorial about wireframe modeling:    • Maya: The Wired Horse [Arnold]   But you can use any scene you like, with simple geometry and one or two lights.
