Some were there to verify their identity after receiving benefits, while many others experienced problems finding their registration history missing in the system. A major problem was those who failed to meet the criteria because they owned a car when they didn't. Some had previously owned a car but had sold it, forcing them to file appeals. In Nakhon Ratchasima Province, many people came to verify their identities and file appeals at Krung Thai Bank, expressing the same sentiment: they want the government to consider their actual living conditions rather than relying solely on system data. In Si Sa Ket Province, another person who failed to qualify because they owned a car is a market vendor who actually owns an old motorcycle.
