Saahasam Tamil movie features Prashanth and Amanda Rosario. Music by S Thaman, directed by Arun Raj Varma and produced by Thiagarajan and Shanthi Thiagarajan. Saagasam movie also features Thambi Ramaiah,Vamsi Krishna,Nassar,Sonu Sood and Abi Saravanan among others. Saagasam is about a laid-back man, played by Prashanth, who according to his father is a good-for-nothing bloke. His father's judgement about him irritates Prashanth, who reciprocates by challenging him that he will soon earn enough money, just to prove his worth. In a bid to earn some quick money, he decides to collaborate with a gang of goons, spearheaded by a corrupt politician. This act, lands Prashanth in trouble. What he does to earn money and get himself out of the sticky situation forms the rest of the story.
