How to Pray the Daily Office

Many new (and longtime) Anglicans are handed a Book of Common Prayer and told: "Use this!" But many are uncertain where to start. This video is intended to help give an orientation to how we can engage the Anglican Daily Office services from the Book of Common Prayer (2019). Rev. Ben gives a brief explanation of the Daily Office, and then walks through Morning Prayer as an example. If you would like to do Evening Prayer, it is very similar, and the other services of Mid-Day Prayer and Compline are easy enough to engage once you've learned Morning and Evening Prayer.
