This episode takes us from Shichling to the heart of Spiti Valley – Kaza, with a memorable stop at the breathtaking Dhankar Monastery, one of the oldest and most spectacular cliffside monasteries in the Himalayas. Perched dramatically on the edge of a mountain, Dhankar Monastery offers stunning panoramic views of the Spiti Valley and the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers. It's truly a place that every traveler should experience. During our ride, we also passed Lhalung (Lalung) Monastery, but due to time constraints, we couldn't visit it. After riding late into the night on the previous day, we decided not to repeat the same risky mistake. Safety comes first on every adventure, so we started early and continued our journey towards Kaza before sunset.
