The Office of Planning, Policy, and General Administration (Gabinete de Planeamento, Políticas e Administração Geral – GPP) hosted a presentation session for issue No. 35 of CULTIVAR – Cadernos de Análise e Prospetiva, dedicated to the theme “Olive Groves and Olive Oil,” at the ViniPortugal venue in Praça do Comércio in Lisbon. The session featured a guided tasting of olive oils from traditional Portuguese varieties, led by olive oil experts Ana Carrilho and Francisco Pavão, in collaboration with the Alentejo Olive Oil Study and Promotion Center (Centro de Estudos e Promoção do Azeite do Alentejo – CEPAAL).
