This unique house,   / shinta_cdc  , sits on a 240 m² plot with a building area of ​​approximately 400 m². The unique design of   / poiesis.id   is immediately apparent from its concept, which combines two houses into one, embracing a tropical, dualistic, resort-like, and homey style. The combination of materials such as wood, iron, and natural stone creates a warm yet modern feel. The facade features wood-patterned WPC latticework, lending a strong character, while the carport area features a canopy with an exposed steel frame and planter boxes, reinforcing the tropical feel. The entrance to the house is designed with a strikingly iconic design. The steps are made of homogeneous tile, and visitors pass through a glass-box entrance, creating the impression of entering a modern gallery. Entering the interior, we are immediately greeted by a living room and lounge, with a lower floor level than the foyer, creating a more intimate and dramatic feel. Furthermore, with ceilings around 4–5 meters high, this area feels very spacious and luxurious. On the mezzanine floor, there's a tree house-themed area, designed as a workspace with a calm and unique atmosphere. Meanwhile, on the other side of the house, there's a private dining room and kitchen dedicated to family activities. Further up the mezzanine, there's a family room connected to an outdoor garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere reminiscent of a resort villa. The private area of ​​this unique home is located on the second floor, comprising the master bedroom and children's rooms. One of its main attractions is the master bedroom, which features a 4 x 2 meter bed frame, reminiscent of a cave, creating a warm and exclusive atmosphere. This room also features a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, providing a star-hotel-like experience. The most captivating aspect of this unique home, however, is the natural stone ornamentation and living plants that form the main interior elements. This area is accessible via a glass bridge, creating the sensation of walking over a unique open space and becoming one of the most iconic spots within the home.
