Walk Around "The Ruins" | Minster Lovell Hall and Dovecote - English Countryside

On the edge of the cotswolds, along river windrush lies the hidden gem of Minster Lovell Hall and Dovecote ruins, English Heritage. Today, I will be exploring St Kenelm’s Church in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire in the Cotswolds. Behind the church are the remains of Minster Lovell Hall (known as “The Ruins”). The house dates from 1435 and was built by the seventh Lord Lovell, on the site of an earlier building. The lands had belonged to the Lovell family since the 12th century although, there are many rumors surrounding the remains of this building. Entrance is free to the Hall which is situated next to the church, itself dating from the 15th century in the english countryside.
