A low-pressure system is a counterclockwise vortex with lower pressure than its surroundings. Once its center becomes clear, it develops into a tropical cyclone and then a typhoon. A tropical disturbance has formed in a location further east than the usual site of occurrence. El Niño has already begun this year. El Niño refers to a phenomenon in which sea surface temperatures in the eastern Pacific Ocean are high. Therefore, it is noted that during El Niño, typhoons are more likely to form in the east where sea temperatures are high. It is possible that the effects of this are already manifesting.
