He is a lecturer at Moscow State University and at summer schools. He is the author of the book "The Origin of Life: From Nebula to Cell." He discusses the likelihood that we are not the only intelligent beings on Earth, why AI is making people dumber, and why natural selection had to weaken for humans to emerge. Mikhail Nikitin also suggests that scientists have discovered a shaman dolphin: perhaps it was "calling" to its dead friends.
