Hello dear viewers! In this video, we embark on a journey full of flavors through the streets of Bursa. Bursa is not only an important center of Turkish cuisine but also renowned for its street food. This time, I recorded the making of delicious Turkish street food by visiting Bursa's most famous restaurants. Our first stop was Tabla Kebabcısı. We were greeted with the exquisite "zırh kebabı" (armored kebab). Zırh kebabı is prepared with carefully selected beef, spices, and special sauces, then cooked over a wood fire. Tasting this delicacy strengthened our love for Bursa even more. Next, we headed to Tophane Kebapcısı. This place is famous for its mouthwatering iskender kebab. Iskender kebab consists of thinly sliced döner meat served with toasted bread, tomato sauce, and yogurt. The chefs at Tophane Kebapcısı demonstrated how they prepare this unique dish, and we savored every bite. We cannot forget about desserts, right? Therefore, our next stop was the renowned Hacıhasanoğulları pastry shop. Here, the masters of baklava showed us how they meticulously prepare layers of dough with a pour-over syrup using traditional methods. Witnessing the production of hundreds of different Turkish sweets in this confectionery was truly mesmerizing. Last but not least, we embarked on an intriguing experience by trying kebabs cooked on marble using innovative techniques. These kebabs are prepared on special stoves where natural stone perfectly conducts heat. The flavor of the meat cooked using this method was truly astonishing. Trying this unique cooking technique added an unforgettable touch to our journey. In this video, we tried to convey the street flavors of Bursa in the best possible way.
