MY BUSINESS IS FALLING APART😫

This was my first full week out of the field, and I'll be honest—it was one of the toughest weeks we've had as a business. Between callbacks, unhappy customers, unexpected issues, and even being threatened with lawsuits twice in the same week, it became clear that we've grown to a point where the way we've always done things isn't going to get us where we want to go. So we're pressing pause on production this week—not because we're quitting, but because we're rebuilding. We're taking the time to regroup, restructure our systems, improve communication, and make sure we're delivering the level of service our customers deserve. Sometimes growth isn't about doing more work. It's about fixing what's behind the scenes so the business is stronger moving forward. When we come back, it'll be with a better plan, a better process, and a better company. The second half of the season starts now, and we're excited to show you what that looks like.
